For business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Payment
Payment is due before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been authorized by electroniccigaretteworld.co.uk in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing.

Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by electroniccigaretteworld .co.uk without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract.
Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.

Time of Order
Orders received by us by 12 noon (GMT) during working days will be normally dispatched within 48 hours but please allow 7 – 10 days. Working days are Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Title to Goods

USA Shipments

Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.
